Né et élevé à Kigali, Aimé Octave a étudié l'architecture en Chine avant de se tourner vers la réalisation au RITCS de Bruxelles. Son film de fin d'études Echoes Beneath the Hill a fait sa première mondiale à Clermont-Ferrand 2026.
